Refund Policy

1. What’s Covered

If you’re unable to create what you set out to build using our software, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, provided your eligibility is confirmed within 90 days of your original purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a partial refund:

You must submit your refund request within 90 days of your purchase date.

You must clearly explain what you intended to create or achieve using Think Create Initiate.

You must detail the actions you took in our software to reach your goal—this helps us assess whether further guidance might help resolve the issue.

Our support team may, at our discretion, offer assistance or coaching before approving your refund.

3. Refund Process

Submit your request via email to [[email protected]] with the subject line: “Refund Request – 50% Guarantee”.

Include:

Purchase date and plan purchased (e.g., Starter, Professional, Premium)

Description of your goal or what you intended to build

Summary of your efforts using the platform

Our team will respond within 5 business days to let you know if you're eligible.

4. Refund Payment

If approved, the refund will be for 50% of your purchase price.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

5. Important Notes

Refunds are issued only once per account.

Changed your mind, or just aren’t sure? You can still cancel your subscription anytime—no questions asked—without a refund.

This policy applies only to direct purchases from Think Create Initiate. Payments made through third parties may not be eligible.
